Welcome to District 11 of the South Carolina Football Officials Association. We officiate middle and high school football in South Carolina on the Grand Strand, which includes Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties.

Awards and Honors
- Jim Tolman worked the 2011 Shrine Bowl at Wofford in Spartanburg and was also selected as the 2011 Official of the Year for District 11.
- Bryan Fink was inducted to the SCFOA Hall of Fame
- Jim Patterson worked the 2011 North-South Game at Doug Shaw Stadium

2012 SCFOA Application (must be submitted prior to 12/15/11)

There is an updated 5-Man Mechanics Manual that was approved in April 2011.

Officials working sub-varsity assignments should refer to the 4-Man Mechanics Manual.

Playoff officials need to refer to the 7-Man Mechanics Manual for 3rd round and later games.
