Welcome to District 11 of the South Carolina Football Officials Association.  We officiate middle and high school football in South Carolina on the Grand Strand, which includes Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties.

Please make sure to review the updated 5-Man Mechanics Manual that was updated this winter.
